More new photos
Hooray! There are now photos up to January 2001. Hopefully by the end of the week I will be up to date. The new photos don’t have dates yet (Dec 31, 1969) and I know the dates part of the photo index doesn’t work, but I’m working on it. I am going to implement a way to categorize a whole bunch of dates into an event–like Spring Break 2000–so you can look at all the related photos at once, among some other things. New photos
I am in the process of creating a whole bunch of new scripts to make it easier to put new photos on the site. The upshot for you, loyal nohat.net readers, is that there are now about 80 new photos in the photo album. I haven’t put in the dates on some of them (most of them) because I have to go back and look in the files when they were created and I can’t do that because I’m at work. Also, some of the other details are missing and I have to investigate who some people are, etc. But in the meantime you can look at pretty pictures. Continue reading

7-11 X-Treme Gulp
This humongous cup–in fact, it’s larger than most of our mixing bowls–with the 7-11 logo emblazoned on it has been living in our kitchen for several months now, with my sister’s name scribbled on with a Sharpie. I thought when I first saw it, “now that’s one large drink.” In fact, it’s 60% larger than the average human stomach. And no, I haven’t had one yet, thank you. Continue reading
